Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Because we sell perishable food products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if there is a problem.

Non-returnable items

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable items (e.g. cakes, pastries, or other food products)
  • Items that have been opened or partially consumed
  • Customised or made-to-order goods

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please:

  1. Contact me within 24 hours of delivery at monika.zavsek@gmail.com
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items
  3. Keep all original packaging

We will assess the issue and, if approved, issue a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved:

  • You’ll be notified by email
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the fault was on our end

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Re-check your bank account
  2. Contact your card issuer (processing times may vary)
  3. If still unresolved, contact me at monika.zavsek@gmail.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

Do not return any items unless instructed.
If a return is approved, we will provide shipping instructions.

For higher-value orders, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
