Each biscuit is crafted from a buttery, delicate shortcrust pastry, enriched with real vanilla and a hint of lemon zest, then carefully sandwiched together with a smooth layer of premium fruit jam (typically apricot or raspberry). The top biscuit is beautifully cut out to reveal a jewel-like centre, dusted lightly with powdered sugar for a perfect, elegant finish.
